The new Wildwood Glen in heavy rains
Emperor Withering (his first name is Simon) is a human villain in Dizzywood. Little is known of him at this time, but he was behind the chains and factories that appeared in the world to melt the snow and the henchmen that have arrived (Professor Pimpleton Plumpox, Grool Grubnibbler, and Rat Wraith).
He also cut down Wildwood Glen but the Dizzywood explorers helped grow trees to turn Wildwood Glen into the place it is now.
Very little is known of him, but the concept art for Dizzywood reveals that he travels in a giant floating zeppelin.
